Hiii!!! Welcome!! I am so excited to officially be able to welcome you to investmintbaker.com. A project and vision I have been working on for a while now and have dreamt about since day one of LIVING. When I say I living, I really mean living. But what does living actually mean? Before I tell you my story, here is a quote by Oscar Wilde that initially made me think about how I define living.

 

“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.” – Oscar Wilde

 

Isn’t it so true!?

 

Ok, so now a brief history about me. For as long as I can remember I have had a strong relationship with food, my body, and my body image. I used to feel like I had done it all, tried it all, and never felt different or better. I was still suffering from an irritated gut, a negative relationship with my body, and a toxic relationship with food. But as the years went on and I started to get to know myself more and more, I started to really understand this relationship I had with my health. This relationship with my “health” was not actually healthy at all.

I realized that I had spent so much time looking for the answers, when really, they were in front of me the whole time. Well actually they were within me, I just had to ask myself. Yup, all I had to do was have a conversation with myself.

Since life is an endless journey of self-exploration, I decided to share my journey with all of you to inspire you to GET ON YOUR JOURNEY. There is no one answer because there is no such thing as one way to live a healthy life. It’s about putting in the time and work to get to know yourself. Learning what nourishes you and makes you feel good and learning what wears you down and makes you feel bad. Asking yourself questions that might be hard to answer but get you to really think, and trusting that at the end of the day nobody in the world knows you like you know you. It takes commitment, and with commitment comes knowledge and growth.

Take the time to invest in yourself. Your health is so much more than just the food you eat so once you start to feel better on the inside, things will start to get better on the outside (even if they’re already good!) We’re all in this together and I would love for you to join me as I share deliciously clean recipes and lifestyle inspirations to help guide you to live YOUR best life.
